At School Systems FCU we always look for ways to make your financial tasks a little easier and we’re pleased to announce an upgrade to our existing Bill Pay, which also includes new online payment and transfer options. We are already working diligently behind the scenes to ensure a smooth transition, and as the upgrade gets closer additional details will be available on our website!
- Your existing merchants and scheduled payments, along with payment history will still be available.
- Scheduling payments will be easier - you choose the date you want the payee to receive the payment, so no more guessing on how many days you need to send it ahead of the due date in order for it to be received on time! Plus, you will also have the option for Same-Day or Overnight payments (fee will apply).
- **NEW** Account to Account Transfers feature will allow you to originate transfers between your SSFCU account and accounts you may have with other financial institution.
- **NEW** PopMoney Person to Person Transers feature will allow you to send funds from your SSFCU account to another person using a mobile phone number or email address! (fee will apply)
- **NEW** eBills can be added for participating merchants where your bill can be delivered electronically from merchants to Bill Pay for easier access!
***PLEASE NOTE: If you have TIME SENSITIVE payments scheduled around the time of the upgrade we recommend allowing more time for your payments to process. While all payments that are requested in Bill Pay prior to 3PM on June 4th will still occur even if scheduled during the time frames listed below, SOME PAYMENTS MAY TAKE LONGER TO PROCESS.
- 5/23/19 - New Bill Pay enrollments will be disabled until new Bill Pay is available
- 6/4/19 at 3pm EST existing Bill Pay access will be disabled
- 6/6/19 Bill Pay upgrade LIVE date - access to Bill Pay restored as of 11am EST
