P.A.T. (Personal Automated Teller)

Accessing P.A.T. with your Telephone
To access P.A.T., simply dial (518) 456-1611 and
select option number six. From there, you will be prompted
to enter your member number and your personal identification
number (PIN). All you have to do from there is follow the
menu prompts to access your account and conduct your transactions.
Below are a few shortcuts that you can use when calling
P.A.T. (press the pound (#) key on your telephone pad,
then the corresponding number to access the information, or
perform the transaction).
#11 = Quick Check
Access your Checking and Savings Account information only.
From here you can transfer funds, check the most recent transactions
and account histories.
#12 = Account Balances & Additional Details
Access all of your account balances with this shortcut.
#13 = Account History
Access the history on all accounts and loans with the exception
of Visa Credit Card Accounts.
#14 = Tax and IRA Information
Access taxable interest information for the current and prior
tax year.
#15 = Financial Transactions
Access the Financial Transactions Menu to transfer funds,
make loan payments, cross- account transfers, and withdraw
funds by check.
#41 = Checking Service Request
With this option, you can request a copy of a check, place
a check re-order or place a Stop Pay on your account.
#42 = Request Statement Photocopy
With this option, you can request a copy of a statement for
a particular month.
#43 = Change Audio Pin
If you would like to change your pin number for the P.A.T.
system, choose this option.
#51 = Products and Services
A listing of SSFCU's products and services along with detailed
information on each.
#52 = Loan Calculator
Figure out loan payments and other loan calculations over
the phone.
#53 = Savings Calculator
Figure out how long to save for a specific goal and other
savings calculations over the phone.
